Sea and in the First Industrial Zone of Shantan,Jintang
Island,the fourth largest island of Zhoushan,a

Established in 1986,the company is one of the
largest manufacturers in the country for producing
precision screws and feed cylinders.It is the

of injection molding machines,extrusion machines,and
rubber smelting machines.The annual yield reaches
10,000 odd sets.The products are also exported
to Southeast Asian countries.The company owns

portable best,vickers ,hardness tester,and nitriding
furnace layer depth and brittleness testing instrument.

of ISO9001:2000 quality assurance system.The products
are made of high quality material,i.e.excellent
alloy steel 38 CrMoALA after hardening and tempering,chemical
composition determination,nitriding and fine grinding.The
high-temperature and high speed screws are made
of two-phase stainless steel,hot alloy,Ni60 or
spray coated hard alloy powders and enjoy such
advantages as long-service life,wear resistant
and good performance of corrosion protection.
